What we collect
We keep this site simple. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us.
- Feedback form. If you submit feedback, we receive your name, organisation (optional), email address, rating, comment, the business you are writing about and, if you choose, a photo.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. See our cookie notice.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To review and, with your consent, publish your feedback, name and photo on this website.
- To confirm that feedback is genuine, which may include emailing you.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Our legal basis
Under UK data protection law, we rely on consent for publishing your feedback, name and photo, and on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, host the feedback form or handle email, and only so far as they need it to do that. If you consent to publication, your feedback, name and photo will be visible to anyone who visits this site. Your email address is never published.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep published feedback until you ask us to remove it. Unpublished feedback is deleted once it has been reviewed and not published.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time, including for feedback you have already published. Email us and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
